What does it take?

Step 1: check out our TEAM FCA site: https://teamfca.org. There are four tabs at the top… simply review each one from left to right so you can get a little more fired up about all things TEAM FCA!  Then on the fourth tab (Start Your Journey)…
 
Step 2: 
-     Adults:  scroll down to “Volunteers” and click on “Start Here” to fill out your Ministry Leader Application (MLA). Put the name of your FCA Staff point of contact when promoted and it’ll come to us when you submit.  When determining if you are a Huddle Coach, Character Coach, or Club Coach, please ask us before continuing through this process. 
-     Students:  contact an Adult Huddle Coach at your School to complete a Student Leader Application.  If not adult sponsor is available yet, you can fill out an MLA too!
  
Step 3: our Ministry Strategy is known as “E3” (Engage – Equip – Empower). Hit the link below to take the short 30-min training to get equipped for the good work to come!
