Coaches Ministry
The Coaches Ministry focuses on ministering to the heart of the coach first, and then through the coach by engaging them with ourselves, and the Gospel; equipping them to do the work of ministering to their players; and empowering them to teach those around them.
Coaches are the heart of FCA. Our vision is to see coaches transformed, who then by their coaching, bring transformation to the people of sports. We desire to see biblical coaches who are Christians who happen to coach, rather than just coaches who happen to be Christians. When coaches become followers of Jesus Christ, their character, their relationships and their approach to coaching "change the game."
